Load King Lifting Frame

The CE / UKCA Certified Load King Lifting frame provides a robust method of lifting and transporting goods and materials around the site. The product is designed in a way where it can act as a stillage and a liftable frame at the same time, where items can be stored and transported without any unpredictable delays. The product is also ideal for any industry where lifting materials and equipment into hard-to-access places is a necessity.

Its mild steel construction provides a rigid and robust platform to lift almost anything and ensure the security of the items stored inside. As standard, the product comes with an open base giving the flexibility to secure several loads, however, the base can be customised and can be made from timber, mild steel, and rubber construction. The lifting frame offers four fixed lifting points in each of the four corners at the top of the posts, 6 external lashing points across its length and width, and 4-way fork guides. This ensures efficient man covering and upholding of the whole frame while connected to the cranes through chains, poly slings, shackles, hooks, blocks, etc. The frame is fixed and economically available for project lifting or repeats lifting operations. It is highly advised that prior to lifting, the load inside the frame should be measured and not exceed 75 percent of the rated capacity (critical lift) of the crane.
