Load King IBC Rack / Drum Shelving

The CE / UKCA Certified Load King IBC Rack / Drum Shelving is the ideal storage solution for storing Intermediate Bulk Containers, Totes & Cubes (IBCs). A Standard Sized IBC Rack is designed to hold 4 number of IBCs (1200x1000x1160) with 1000 Litres capacity, in a way to ensure ease of loading and unloading, ideally geared towards customers who have the need to store bulk liquids. However, our range of IBC racks can also be manufactured for storing varied-sized IBC tanks with capacities of 300, 600, and 1250 Litres, etc.

The rack’s steel frame provides a Heavy duty and robust platform ensuring the security of the items stored whilst maintaining easy access to the Tap of the IBC’s. The sides of racks are made up of 2mm thick sheets which is non-hazardous, non-reactive in nature and assures an inert environment to UN-approved high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic-made IBCs. The rack is ready to use on delivery and needs no assembly on-site as the manufactured IBC racks complies with different geometric characteristics (such as flatness, straightness, position, etc). The product is complete with base plates to enable the rack to be secured to the foundational ground using M14 thru bolts.
The racks can be also fitted with hinged doors upon request which allows protection from the front accessible direction as well. Optional lifting eyes can also be fitted/welded for easier unloading, installation and any subsequent relocation of the rack.
