What sizes of A-frame stillage do you offer?

The Load King A-frame trolley measures 2440 x 1550 x 2000mm for long panels and glass, while the L-frame stillage and trolley are 1200 x 800 x 750mm for smaller components. We also build bespoke frames to your own material and load dimensions.

What is the difference between an A-frame and an L-frame stillage?

An A-frame has a double-sided triangular profile that carries material on both faces for balanced loading, whereas an L-frame supports material against a single upright — useful where you load from one side or work against a wall.

Can A-frame stillages be moved by forklift or crane?

Yes. The frames are designed to work with forklift, crane and automated material-handling systems, and the trolley versions run on heavy-duty castors for manual movement around the shop floor. Can you make A-frame stillages to a bespoke size?

Yes. As a UK manufacturer we build A-frame and L-frame stillages to your material, load and vehicle dimensions, engineered and load-tested to specification, UKCA-certified and supplied direct with fast lead times.

What are your lead times?

Standard builds typically ship in 3–4 weeks; bespoke units are confirmed on your quote. Need it sooner? Ask us about priority production.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Are the units certified and load-tested?

Every unit is manufactured in our own UK factory and engineered for its duty. Standard products are not supplied certified as a matter of course — UKCA certification, independent load testing and material certificates are available on request, and come as standard on our certified lifting range.

Do you deliver nationwide, and can I return an item?
