What sizes of certified lifting stillage are available?
The liftable mesh and sheeted stillages are stocked in 2000 x 1000mm and 2500 x 1250mm, and the Load King lifting frame is available from 1000 x 1000mm up to 3000 x 3000mm. Any unit can also be built to your own dimensions as a bespoke, made-to-order item.
What load capacity can these lifting stillages take?
Each unit is engineered and load-tested to your specified working load rather than a single fixed rating. Tell us the weight and load profile you need to lift and we will confirm the specification and certify the unit accordingly.
Are the lifting points certified and can the units be lifted by both crane and forklift?
Yes. Every stillage has certified lifting points and load testing is included as standard, so units arrive ready for safe crane hoisting and to support LOLER compliance. The range is also forklift compatible and suited to automated material-handling systems.
What side and base options can I specify?
Choose sheeted (closed) sides for containment and weather protection or mesh sides for visibility and drainage. Optional extras include a timber base, a mild-steel base and open mesh flooring, specified to suit your load and handling requirements.
