Our capability

Built to your drawing, not a catalogue

Send a drawing, a sample or a photograph of the part. Our engineers size the unit around what it carries and how it is handled, then build it in Staffordshire to a specification you sign off before a single length of steel is cut.

Load-tested · UK-manufactured · certified where required

Built around your flow

Purpose-built fixtures, sized to your operation.

We size frames and attachments to your routes, loads and truck fleet — fork pocket size and chamfer, sleeve lengths, bump-stop positions and turning clearances tuned to your tines, aisle widths and floor conditions.

That means clean, repeatable moves: controlled discharge of FIBCs, secure transport of awkward loads and less manual handling in between.

PUWER & LOLER

Designed as work equipment, documented accordingly.

We design for PUWER — suitability, safe use and maintainability. Where an item is used for lifting we align to LOLER expectations and supply the relevant examination and test evidence.

Treat the equipment as work equipment in service: pre-use checks and periodic inspection, with thorough examinations for lifting frames at intervals set by your competent person.

The business case

Safer, standardised handling — and audits that stay calm.

Standardised, well-documented equipment reduces damage, mis-picks and double-handling, and takes the guesswork out of inspections. Fewer touches per move, fewer surprises between sites.

Everything is UK-manufactured in Uttoxeter, engineered and load-tested to your specification, with fast lead times and a direct line to the people building it.

Questions

Material Handling Equipment — frequently asked

Who is this range for?

Operations that need repeatable, documented equipment at scale — 3PLs, manufacturers, recyclers, food and beverage, packaging and utilities — rolling out across one or many UK sites.

Are your products UKCA-marked?

Where applicable, yes. We also provide ID and SWL plates with serials as standard. For lifting frames we supply examination and test evidence so your competent person can maintain the regime.

How do you handle PUWER and LOLER?

We design for PUWER (work-equipment suitability, safe use and maintenance). Where an item is used for lifting we align to LOLER expectations and supply the relevant documentation.

Can you match our trucks, forks and aisles?

Yes. We tune fork pocket size and chamfer, sleeve and extension lengths, bump-stop positions and turning clearances to your trucks, tine profiles, aisle widths and floor conditions.

How is the Safe Working Load set?

SWL is defined at design and verification and, where applicable, by test. It’s shown on a durable plate on the unit and recorded in the documentation we supply.

What inspection regime is needed?

Treat it as work equipment under PUWER — pre-use checks and periodic inspections. For lifting frames, arrange thorough examinations at intervals set by your competent person.
