The CE / UKCA Certified wood Euro Pallet EPAL metal pallet system series, which is utilised in logistics and material transport all over the world, is the foundation for the CE-marked Load King Euro Pallet line. A sturdy heavy-duty substitute for wooden pallets, which frequently crack or become damaged while in use, is the Load King Steel pallet. In contrast to the timber alternatives, the pallets’ mild steel construction assures longevity in the roughest logistic circumstances, meaning one pallet should last a lifetime. Additionally, the Durbar non-slip top ensures load stability throughout transit.

The Load King metal Euro pallet is stocked in three standard footprints — 800 × 600mm, 1200 × 800mm and 1200 × 1000mm — matching the EPAL sizes used across racking, conveyors and automated handling. If your process needs something different, we can manufacture to bespoke dimensions.
Yes. The Load King range ships in a choice of paint colours, and because every pallet is UK-manufactured we can build to bespoke footprints and finishes where your handling or racking demands it. Send your specification and we'll quote and load-test to that spec.
They're compatible with existing materials-handling equipment including forklifts, cranes and bogeys, and suit automated systems such as robotic handling and smart warehouses. The welded steel body and flat Durbar top are built to stack safely when loaded, unlike timber that crushes or splinters.
Steel pallets don't crack, splinter or absorb moisture the way timber does, so one unit typically outlasts many wooden pallets and reduces disposable packaging such as wrap and cardboard. As a non-timber pallet it also avoids the ISPM-15 heat-treatment rules that apply to wooden export packaging.
