The CE / UKCA Certified Load King Metal Post Pallet with Open Base guarantees a strong platform frame for the storage and transportation of large, bulky goods and materials around the site. The product has both the benefits of a stillage and a spreader platform, where items can be stored and transported in modular configurations. The product is also ideal for any industry where lifting materials and equipment into hard-to-access places is a necessity.
The stackable characteristics of the post pallets enable utilization of space around the workplace, which therefore allows the operators to segregate and find required items together at the same place, saving time and money. The lengthy posts offer to store more goods with substantial heights for a long period of time, hassle-free.
Our range of Post pallets can accommodate custom products made from any material, soft or hard, and offers reliability in storage accesses. The load-carrying capacity of the pallets can be built according to special industrial applications where the sizes and thickness of the pallet frame can be adjusted to bear the requirements. The frames can also be fitted with fork guides upon choice which allows steady handling for the lifting trucks.
It is highly advised that prior to lifting, the load inside the frame should be measured and not exceed 75 percent of the rated capacity (critical lift) of the lifting truck.

Solid-base frames carry a full steel deck, so small parts, drums and bagged goods sit securely without slipping through. Open-base frames leave the base clear for longer or bulkier items and are the lightest, lowest-cost option. Both stack and take forklift entry.
Yes. Every frame in the range is designed to stack several units high, both loaded and empty, with the posts of one locating into the frame above. Two-tier models such as the Load King Two Tier Metal Post Pallet add a second deck within a single footprint for lighter, high-volume stock.
Standard footprints run 900 x 600mm, 1300 x 800mm, 2000 x 1000mm and 2500 x 1250mm, in solid-base, open-base, fixed-post, removable-post and two-tier configurations, plus a combined post pallet/storage cage. The category also includes bulk-bag holders and bagging hoppers for sacks and free-flowing material.
